Welcome to Feiguanfurn. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including TV cabinets, sofas, coffee tables, and other furniture items. By accessing or ordering from our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Product Information

We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for our furniture products. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and material variations. All measurements are approximate. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in USD or EUR depending on your selected currency. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law, but exclude shipping and customs duties. We accept orders subject to availability. We may cancel orders if we suspect fraud, inaccuracies, or if an item is out of stock. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.

Payment

We accept payments via PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Payment is processed at the time of order. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount. Your payment information is handled securely by our payment partners; we do not store full credit card details.

Shipping

We ship from our warehouse in Dongguan, China to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Belgium, Australia, and New Zealand. Processing time is 3–7 business days; delivery estimates are 10–20 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided once shipped. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your furniture. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Certain items (custom-made or clearance) are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete instructions.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide a correct shipping address and to be available for delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture can be moved into your home (doorway clearance, etc.). We are not liable for assembly, installation, or damage after delivery. You must inspect the package upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Feiguanfurn or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feiguanfurn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
